About SignAPP
SignAPP lets you choose any PDF, draw your handwritten signature, place it anywhere on the page, and share the signed document — all on your iPhone.
How to Use
- Tap + to open a PDF from your files or Photos.
- Tap Sign and draw your signature with your finger or Apple Pencil.
- Drag and resize the signature to position it on the page.
- Tap Done to save, then share the signed PDF via the iOS share sheet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my signed documents saved?
Signed PDFs are saved locally on your device and appear in the History tab. They are not uploaded to any server.
Can I re-open and re-sign a document?
Yes. Open the History tab, tap the document, and you can add additional signatures or share it again.
How do I delete a document from History?
Swipe left on any document in the History tab and tap Delete.
Does SignAPP require an internet connection?
No. SignAPP works entirely offline. No account or login is required.
