signAPP is a mobile app for selecting PDF documents, adding handwritten signatures, saving signed PDFs, and sharing them from the device.
Information We Collect
The current version of signAPP does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information on a remote server.
The app may process the following data locally on your device:
- PDF files you choose from your device.
- Handwritten signatures you create in the app.
- Signed PDF files generated by the app.
- Local signed document history, including file name, file size, date created, and signed page number.
How Information Is Used
Selected PDFs and signatures are used only to create signed PDF documents. Signed document history is stored locally so you can reopen, rename, share, or delete signed PDFs inside the app.
File Storage
Signed PDFs and document history are stored in the app's local document directory on your device. If you delete a signed PDF from the app history, signAPP attempts to remove the saved PDF from local app storage.
Sharing
When you use the share feature, signAPP opens the native iOS or Android share sheet. Any file you share is handled by the destination app or service you choose.
Third-Party Services
The current app prototype does not upload documents or signatures to a signAPP server. The app uses standard mobile platform features for document picking, local file storage, PDF rendering, and sharing.
Children
signAPP is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated before public release if the app adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, payments, crash reporting, or server-side document storage.
